Over the past five years with Cobalt Painting, she has played a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring clients receive a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. Her attention to detail, communication, and care for people help keep projects running efficiently while maintaining the high standards Cobalt is known for.
Outside of Cobalt, Jamie has been a longtime preschool teacher in the Portland area and remains actively involved with several nonprofit boards. Her commitment to education and community carries over into her work, shaping the way she approaches both clients and team members. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, attending concerts, and heading out on weekend adventures.

He has managed a wide range of projects, always prioritizing craftsmanship, clear expectations, and jobsite professionalism. Matt believes great painting isn’t just about how it looks on day one—it’s about how it holds up over time and how the client feels throughout the entire process.
Outside of work, Matt stays active coaching youth sports and supporting the Timbers, Dodgers, and 49ers. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and brewing his own beer.

At Cobalt, Sean works closely with new clients to understand their vision, provide expert recommendations, and ensure a smooth, transparent experience from the first conversation to project kickoff. His approachable style, industry knowledge, and commitment to doing things the right way make him a valuable partner for homeowners looking to invest in their space.
Outside of work, Sean channels his creativity into music as the frontman of his band, Sean Daly & the Shams. Whether he’s playing local shows or in his native homeland of Ireland, music has always been a big part of his life.
